Metalheads: you’ve been arraigned.
Danny Wimmer Presents’ Inkcarceration, America’s metal music and tattoo festival, has officially dropped its 2026 lineup. The festival will return from July 17 to 19 at The Ohio State Reformatory in Mansfield, featuring the nu-metal icons of Limp Bizkit, alt-metal’s Disturbed, and metalcore’s Bad Omens.
Top acts in the scene are set to appear throughout the weekend, including A Day To Remember, Papa Roach, Gojira, Motionless In White, Ice Nine Kills, Cypress Hill, The Used, Lorna Shore, Hollywood Undead, and Poppy. Starset will take the stage for a special hometown performance, Sleeping With Sirens is set to celebrate 15 years of Let’s Cheers to This, Alien Ant Farm will be commemorating the 25th asnniversary of Anthology, and Miss May I will perform in their home state.
Inkcarceration will mark a rare reunion for Rev Theory — who haven’t performed since 2014 aside from 2025’s Louder Than Life appearance — as well as a reunion for Get Scared, who went on a hiatus in 2019.
Fans can look forward to sets throughout the weekend from other rising acts like Point North, Caskets, Fox Lake, Guilt Trip, and Killstreak.
Three-day general admission, VIP, and single-day passes are available now via the festival’s official website.
Alongside the music, festivalgoers can immersive themselves into the Ohio State Reformatory — a historic and haunted location which was used to film “The Shawshank Redemption.” Additionally, more than 100 tattoo artists from across the country will set up shop inside the prison walls, “transforming the space into a tattoo haven for Inkmates looking to take home a permanent reminder of their festival weekend.” A full list of artists appearing at the festival can be found here.
