Coachella Reveals 2027 Dates, Ticket Info Following 2026 Edition

Coachella is officially on the clock for 2027, with Goldenvoice locking in dates for the iconic desert festival’s return to the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California.

The two-weekend event will take place April 9–11 (Weekend 1) and April 16–18 (Weekend 2), continuing the now-standard dual-weekend format that has helped fuel massive demand for one of the world’s biggest live music events.

Tickets won’t wait long. Advance sale passes go live Friday, May 1 at 11 a.m. PT via the official Coachella website, giving fans an early shot at securing entry—well before a single artist is announced.

As in past years, Coachella is leaning into flexibility and tiered pricing. Fans can lock in passes with a $49 down payment plan, while full-price options span General Admission through VIP, along with a wide range of camping and travel packages.

One notable wrinkle: Weekend 1 comes at a premium. Passes for the first weekend are priced $50 higher than their Weekend 2 counterparts across all tiers, a reflection of its traditionally higher demand. All listed prices already include service fees, avoiding the sticker shock that often comes at checkout elsewhere in the ticketing ecosystem.

There’s no traditional presale or promo code structure here. Instead, Coachella’s tiered pricing model acts as its built-in early-bird system—buy sooner, pay less, as prices increase incrementally when each tier sells out.

No lineup has been revealed yet for 2027, but history suggests that won’t slow demand. Coachella consistently sells on brand alone, with fans willing to commit months in advance for a festival that blends music, culture, and spectacle at global scale.

With dates locked and tickets about to drop, the race to the desert is already underway.
